We build calm software for a noisy industry.
Nexvoie is an independent product company. We're not consultants. We're not an integrator. We design, build and operate two platforms — Nexdel and Nexats — and we do that with obsessive focus.
Why we exist
The software that runs talent and vendor operations is, almost universally, a decade behind the rest of the modern web. Teams put up with brittle tools, ugly interfaces and locked-in data because the alternative — switching — feels worse.
We started Nexvoie to change that. Two products, deeply built, with the design quality of a consumer app and the rigor of enterprise software.

Small teams. Real customers in the room from day one. Ship every week. No vanity roadmaps, no "configurable everything" trap. Each Nexvoie product has an opinion, and that opinion is what makes it useful.

Over 16 years of experience in consulting and talent operations within IT services firms and large enterprises. Hanaa leads Nexvoie's product vision and customer relationships, with an obsession for calm, fluid solutions that genuinely help teams day to day.
Oussama Bennis
Co-founder & CTO
Software engineer and product architect, Oussama has designed and shipped large-scale SaaS platforms for over 15 years. He leads engineering at Nexvoie — from cloud architecture to developer experience — to build robust, fast and durable solutions.
